FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: When does housing open?A: Housing opens on
Thursday, February 5, at 2:00 PM ET / 1:00 PM CT.
Q: The website is loading slowly. What should I do?
A: Please be patient. High traffic on launch day may cause delays. Do not refresh your browser, and this may push you further back in the queue.
Q: I need to book multiple rooms for my organization, but I don't yet know who will be attending.
- Online: You must book one room at a time, and each booking must include a unique first and last name affiliated with your organization.
- Phone: Multiple Rooms may be booked, but again, each must have a unique name.
- Note: Any duplicate-name bookings may be canceled or adjusted to the hotel’s standard (non-discounted) rate. Caesars Palace will conduct audits to ensure compliance and provide fair access for all attendees.
Q: I’m receiving an error that rooms aren’t available.
A: This usually means that one or more of your preferred nights are sold out. Please check back, as cancellations do occur and inventory may be released.
Q: The hotel says it's sold out. Will more rooms be added?
A: Possibly. We are monitoring availability and may request additional rooms. However:
- This depends on hotel availability.
- The group rate may increase for any added rooms.
Q: Can I book through a third-party site, such as Priceline or Expedia? I saw a cheaper rate and want points.
A:
We strongly discourage booking through third-party websites. Booking via the official NACHC group link ensures:
- Your room is part of the offical block.
- You will not be walked or relocated if the hotel oversells.
- You remain connected to essential attendee communications and amenities.
Q: What if I need to cancel or modify my hotel reservation?
A: Please refer to the
cancellation policy provided in your hotel confirmation email. All changes must be made directly through the hotel’s reservation system. For privacy reasons, NACHC is unable to cancel or modify your reservation.
Q: I can't find my hotel confirmation number - can NACHC resent it?
A: Unfortunately, no.
NACHC does not have access to individual reservation details. Please don’t hesitate to contact the hotel directly to retrieve your confirmation.
